With new legislation and guidelines taking effect, companies increasingly require assistance with energy efficiency and carbon footprint analyses. To meet their expectations, Cushman & Wakefield is expanding its Strategic Consulting & ESG Advisory team with the appointment of Michał Pierzchalski, PhD in Architectural Engineering, as a Senior ESG Consultant with responsibility as part of ESG and sustainability services for WLC (Whole Life Carbon) analyses, LCA (Life Cycle Assessment), ESG reports and building energy efficiency advisory services.
Michał is an experienced market theoretician and practitioner. In the past he designed energy efficient and sustainable buildings, actively engaging in scientific work and teaching. He is one of very few specialists in carbon footprint measuring and management. As the real estate market is facing a number of challenges in developing processes to measure carbon emissions throughout a building’s lifecycle, we are well-positioned to support our clients in this respect too,”
says Katarzyna Lipka, Head of Strategic Consulting and ESG, Cushman & Wakefield Poland.
