Michał Masztakowski, an expert with more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, has been promoted to Head of Retail Agency Poland at global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield. He will be responsible for the development and implementation of a business strategy for the retail business line, driving the expansion of the firm’s client portfolio and leading a team of advisers supporting retail tenants and investors.
Given the scale of changes and challenges facing the retail sector globally, we, as a real estate advisory firm, need to take a critical look at how we could better support our clients in adapting their strategies to new trends shaping the retail landscape. This is what we have placed a very strong emphasis on over the last year, carefully reviewing the portfolio of our services and analysing our operational model. Now the time has come to appoint a new team leader.
