ESG and innovation – the two key priorities for Cushman & Wakefield
It is our team that deserves all credit for this success. We invariably focus on fostering a welcoming atmosphere of cooperation, close relations and being proactive – not only to support our clients in business development, but also to work wisely and to continue to grow. Our strategic objective for the coming months is to further expand the scope of advisory services in asset optimisation and adding value, including repositioning and ESG. This involves not only the environmental aspect, but also sustainability with respect to the impact of the built environment on the growth of cities and local communities. The outbreak of the pandemic in 2020 greatly accelerated the pace of change in environmental sustainability, urban planning and technologies, and we are an important part of this process by offering property landlords and investors practical solutions transforming their business for the better,
