Cushman & Wakefield appoints Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz as Head of Asset Services CEE

Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz, PhD, has been appointed as Head of Asset Services CEE at Cushman & Wakefield following her tenure as Co-Head with Ondřej Fukal. With nearly six million square metres of office, industrial, retail and hotel assets under management, Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services team is a leading property manager in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2023 alone, it added half a million square metres in the region to its portfolio.

As Head of Asset Services CEE, Zuzanna runs a team of 367 professionals in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and the affiliate office in Romania. She is responsible for property management strategy and business development in CEE, innovation development and implementation, lean management and expansion of services in such areas as ESG advisory and implementation, and automation of operational and financial processes. Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz has over 20 years of experience in real estate and more than ten years of experience as a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics. She is a member of the leadership team of Cushman & Wakefield Poland, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and an accredited RICS International Mediator. She also holds a PhD in Economics.

ESG and innovation – the two key priorities for Cushman & Wakefield
