In 2024, global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield announced the firm is working closely with Microsoft to deploy an advanced suite of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. It is part of the firm’s new AI+ digital transformation strategy to advance CRE, enabling AI at scale while furthering operations, client delivery and data stewardship. Results to date powered by AI since 2018 range from an 80% material reduction in operational cycle time to a reduction of client supply chain costs via the firm’s proprietary optimization capabilities. The team of Cushman & Wakefield Poland is developing other ways of leveraging new tools in practice to address the actual needs identified among clients from diverse market segments.
We focus on key business support and development areas: process automation, data science and leveraging business intelligence mechanisms in working with our aggregated data resources. Automation applies, for instance, to transaction documentation, risk analysis or property location assessment. Meanwhile, BI tools allow for the automation of reporting to clients to relieve them from file archiving and for preparing multi-faceted market and property portfolio analyses. Our primary goal is to continuously implement innovations facilitating work and enhancing the productivity of each of our experts,”
says Mateusz Brzeziński, Head of Automation EMEA, Business Intelligence Lead CEE & Nordics, Cushman & Wakefield.

In practice, this provides, among other things, for greater capabilities of analyzing huge sets of market data, and helps identify trends, forecast price changes and demand for specific property types. This, in turn, will enable Cushman & Wakefield market research experts to generate and produce more reports for our clients,”
