RRmoto, a leading retailer of motorcycle clothing and accessories, has joined the tenants of Morski Park Handlowy in Gdansk. Its new physical 1,140 sq m store marks another step in the rapid expansion of the offline and online retail chain. Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield brokered the transaction and provided comprehensive advice during the lease negotiation.
For us, the key to success lies in delivering expertise and best-in-class products to customers, which will translate into their comfort and safety on the road. We put the satisfaction and needs of our customers first, and their loyalty is evidence that this is the right way forward. We are committed to creating places where motorcyclists can meet, share experiences and come together to celebrate their passion for motorcycles,”
says Łukasz Michalski, CEO, RRmoto.
RRmoto’s new store in Tricity will be unique. We decided to set up our fifth store with a brand new concept - as a haven for travellers. We want this place to be not just a store but a space for motorcyclists to take a rest and enjoy themselves. As well as engaging the local community, we aim to attract tourists and customers travelling along the Tricity ring road. We searched for a location with easy access to key transport routes, attractive infrastructure and diverse amenities. Morski Park Handlowy not only meets but exceeds our expectations. Its large car park adds convenience for our customers, most of whom come here by motor vehicles,”
adds Łukasz Michalski.
Retail parks feature an increasingly diverse offering, which is a positive trend for consumers. Morski Park Handlowy has always attracted big brands and compelling formats, helping curate a diverse tenant-mix. We constantly track consumer trends to anticipate rapidly changing needs. To maintain its strong market position, the retail park has to expand its tenant portfolio to include unique concepts such as RRmoto. This brand, which targets a specific community, will attract a new group of regional customers and tourists to the retail park,”
says Ada Budynek, Leasing Team Manager, Associate, Retail Agency Poland, Cushman & Wakefield.
We are happy that Morski Park Handlowy is one of the most popular retail parks in Pomerania, which has a direct impact on the business decisions of new tenants. We are open to unconventional marketing projects and RRmoto brings a host of activities supporting sales in addition to its retail offering. The fact that the brand has signed up to join our tenants is positive feedback for us,”
concludes Marek Skoczylas, GRP, the owner of the complex.
