Boeing, a leading global aerospace company, has leased close to 6,600 square meters in the SkyRes building in Rzeszów. This represents the largest transaction in terms of square meters on the Rzeszów office market to date. Boeing was advised during its search for the optimal location and lease negotiations by global real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield.
We were looking for a modern, central and attractive location to accommodate our local teams. With Cushman & Wakefield’s advice, we found the building that fits our need perfectly within a short timeframe,
said David Packer, Boeing Global Real Estate Manager.
I am very pleased that another global aviation industry leader decided to make such a significant investment in Rzeszów. It is extremely encouraging to see that our city is becoming increasingly attractive for international tech companies, not only in terms of the potential for modern production processes or advanced research and development, but also in the context of specialized business services dedicated to innovative sectors of the global economy. I would like to thank Boeing for the trust it placed in our city and I guarantee that we will provide it with all the necessary assistance at every stage of its operations in Rzeszów,
says Konrad Fijołek, Mayor of Rzeszów.
When we began our search for a location for Boeing’s office last April, the challenge was not only to secure a property that would meet all the requirements of the company, but also the fact that demand for modern office space in Rzeszów has significantly outstripped supply for quite some time. It would have been impossible to finalize the details of such a large-scale transaction in such a short timeframe without the openness of and excellent cooperation with both Boeing and DevelopRes, for which we are very grateful,
says Michał Grabowiecki, Negotiator, Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
Eastern Poland undeniably continues to see business growth, which is a particularly positive development in the current geopolitical situation. This region boasts the increasing level of professionalization in terms of comprehensive investor support, among other things. Cushman & Wakefield was also the first real estate advisory agency to build a presence in eastern Poland. And ever since we opened our office in Lublin in 2017, we have been consistently expanding our services to better assist investors in their search for prime business locations,
comments Michał Galimski, Head of Regional Markets, Cushman & Wakefield.
