Popeyes is to open its first Warsaw restaurant in Złote Tarasy on 21 September. The fast food chain from Louisiana is the seventh new tenant to come to Złote Tarasy in 2023 after such brands as LUSH, Candy Pop, and Hugo. Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, which is responsible for the re-commercialisation and property management for the scheme, expects to see more international debuts in Złote Tarasy later this year.
Złote Tarasy is one of the best-known shopping centres in Poland. It boasts a diverse mix of retail, service and F&B outlets which it continues to expand and enhance. This year’s newcomers, in addition to Popeyes, include Eobuwie/Modivo, LUSH, Candy Pop, Ryłko, Hugo, Cofix, and Zdrowa Krowa. Openings scheduled to take place in the run-up to Christmas include an Italian restaurant and wine store and a store of a fashion retailer that will debut on the Polish market,
comments Anna Oberc-Krzycka, Leasing Team Manager, Cushman & Wakefield.
Additionally, Carrefour has decided to renew its lease for another 10 years. The grocery retailer’s supermarket in Złote Tarasy will soon undergo significant change, with new fit-out and functionality features to be added that shoppers are likely to appreciate,
adds Anna Oberc-Krzycka.
