A multi-entrepreneur Rahim Blak has leased close to 2,000 sq m in Pascal, a building of the GTC office complex in Armii Krajowej Street in Krakow. The space will be fitted out for several of his companies, including Sapiency, Mosaico, Copernic and Toscanizzazione. The tenant was once again represented in the transaction by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
A new office for any company means one thing: the business is growing. In our case it is an explosion of growth. We are taking up new challenges, expanding our teams and I am sure that these 2,000 square metres will soon be not good enough for us. We are relocating on a grand scale.
