Dekoria is part of Franc-Textil sp. z o.o., which has been active in the market since 1993. The Polish homeware retailer has leased a 133 sq m store in Homepark Janki near Warsaw. The transaction was brokered by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
Dekoria will welcome customers to another store in October 2022 – this time in Homepark Janki near Warsaw. Its new showroom will have an area of 133 square metres and will provide access to a sewing zone in addition to an opportunity to purchase a range of furniture and decorations. The new store is Dekoria’s second in the portfolio of Pradera. This is confirmation of the excellent and successful cooperation between the tenant and the landlord. We are confident that Dekoria’s store in Janki will be a perfect complement to the vast array of retail and service units in this retail park near Warsaw. We will soon announce more changes in this complex,
comments Ada Budynek, Leasing Manager, Associate, Retail Agency, Cushman & Wakefield Poland.
The expansion of our cooperation with Franc-Textil shows that our retail parks are a natural environment for rapidly growing homeware brands. Dekoria’s new store is an ideal match to the line-up of retailers in Homepark Janki. Our customers expect a shopping experience where they could both select the right textile and order a made-to-measure product to collect in a single place. I am confident that this format will prove successful and we will soon see this brand open more stores,
says Agata Brzezińska, Head of CEE, Pradera.
Dekoria, which has so far had stores in two locations across Poland: in Warsaw and Świdnica, is opening another one in Janki. Our store in Homepark Janki is a new concept where the focus is on our strongest advantage, namely sewing made-to-measure window decorations. If this concept catches on, we will open more such stores in other cities. We are pleased that thanks to our new store we can now welcome new clients and offer comprehensive advice, measurement, made-to-measure sewing and installation services,
says Tomasz Lichota, President of Franc-Textil sp. z o.o.
