Canal+ has opened a store in Homepark Janki, bringing this popular retail park in Warsaw to full occupancy. The picture is similar for other retail parks in Pradera’s portfolio, with the last vacant unit available for lease only in Homepark Targówek.
The Homeparks have achieved a strong position and recognizability among the inhabitants of Janki near Warsaw, Targówek, Katowice and Poznań in the last few years, which is reflected in their commercialization levels. The last vacant unit of 125 sq m is available in Homepark Targówek, the largest retail park offering 52,000 sq m of leasable space. However, together with Pradera, with which we have had pleasure of working for many years, we continue to look for new ways of further enhancing the tenant portfolio of all the Homeparks. Consumer trends are evolving and so are customer needs. That is why it is so important to regularly analyse how we can continue to expand the retail and service offer in order to strengthen the tenant-mix and to make the retail parks stand out even more on the highly competitive retail market in Poland,
