Sinsay, a brand from the portfolio of the LPP Group, has leased 860 sq m in the “Pod Wiatrakami” Retail Park near Słupsk. Its store is scheduled to open in April 2024. Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for the recommercialisation of the retail park and creating an optimal tenant mix.
Sinsay is another tenant that we have managed to secure for ‘Pod Wiatrakami’ as part of its recommercialisation process. We are also conducting negotiations with other brands that will greatly complement the offer of the retail park so that it better responds to the everyday shopping needs of the inhabitants of Słupsk and the region,”
