Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has been named as property manager for the mixed-use Sky Tower in Wrocław. A team led by Paulina Bauer will be responsible for providing comprehensive asset services for the office, retail, residential and communal areas of the complex, including a full suite of marketing services. Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed to manage a total of 57,300 sq m.
Managing a multifunctional complex is undoubtedly a compelling challenge as it requires drawing on a combination of many skills and expertise. Property management for such buildings as Sky Tower, however, goes beyond the scope of typical management. The complex is a symbol of modern Wrocław and a household name among not only inhabitants but also tourists coming to the city, and therefore it has a great potential in terms of developing an attractive marketing offer, community building and engagement of Sky Tower guests and users. Its owner the Adventum Group is fully aware of its potential and is making sure that it moves with the times and meets the needs of its visitors even better. This is exemplified well by the recent upgrade of the observation deck, which has become a new tourist attraction in the city,
