Employment agency PowerJobs continues its expansion with a choice of a modern office in the heart of Katowice for its new location. Known for its wide range of attractive job offers and recruitment services for Polish and international companies from the logistics, automotive, manufacturing and industrial sectors, PowerJobs has leased nearly 350 sqm of office space in Nowe Katowickie Centrum Biznesu (Nowe KCB). The agency plans to relocate to its new office in early 2025. The Katowice-based team of global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield was responsible for selecting offers and guiding the tenant through lease negotiations and the signing process.
Nowe Katowickie Centrum Biznesu offers flexible and functional office spaces with multiple arrangement options. This was a key factor in the decision of the rapidly expanding employment agency PowerJobs to choose this location. Through open communication with our client, we managed to swiftly and effectively select offers tailored to the company’s needs and complete the negotiations that culminated in the conclusion of the deal,”
says Tomasz Dyba, Manager of Katowice Office, Cushman & Wakefield.
The proximity of Nowe KCB to public transport hubs and its easy accessibility from various parts of the metropolis were also important factors for PowerJobs, ensuring that its employees and job candidates have convenient access to the building. In addition, this location significantly benefits from its prestigious setting near numerous corporations, as well as its close distance to cultural and business hubs and the city centre,”
adds Joanna Jaworska, Team Coordinator, Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
