Swarovski’s global services hub will remain in the Yoko office building in the modern Garnizon complex in Gdańsk-Wrzeszcz. Present in this location since 2017, Swarovski Global Business Services has decided to extend its lease for several more years. During the renegotiations with Hossa Investment Group, the building’s owner, the tenant was advised by experts from global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
More and more companies are choosing to maximise the value of their current locations rather than relocate. Well-renegotiated lease terms can be comparable to those achieved through relocation, but without the associated costs and risks. Locations that are not only functional but also attractive to employees are winning out these days. Garnizon meets these criteria, which is why companies are keen to remain here long-term,”
says Adam Schroeder, Regional Head, Northern Poland, Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
When we were looking for an office in 2017, location and the availability of amenities in the immediate vicinity were key. Garnizon offers a modern urban environment and a vast array of services and leisure options, making it a comfortable place for our employees. We want to provide them with the best possible conditions every day, which is why we remain committed to growing our business here,”
explains Weronika Samulewska, Office Manager, Facility Management Team, Swarovski Global Business Services.
In the Garnizon project, Hossa Investment Group has seamlessly combined residential, office, retail, service and cultural functions. This unique mix attracts companies that value work-life balance for their teams. Swarovski is a brand associated with precision and premium quality, and it brings the same values to team management and the choice of work environment. Our collaboration with Swarovski was based on a partnership approach and open dialogue, which allowed us to tailor lease terms to the organisation’s evolving needs. The end result is a set of solutions aligned with both the company’s business needs and employee expectations. During the renegotiation process, our priority was to ensure that the space in the Yoko office building continues to support the expansion of the Gdańsk service hub. Taken together, these factors, along with smooth cooperation with the building’s owner, who demonstrated a deep understanding of the specific requirements of such a prestigious tenant, were instrumental in the decision,”
says Samanta Kiełdanowicz, Negotiator, Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
We are delighted that Swarovski has decided to remain at Garnizon for several more years. For us, this is a sign of trust and confirmation that we are creating a place where leading brands and global leaders can grow and develop their teams in a comfortable setting. From the outset, we have been developing Garnizon as a modern, attractive and business-friendly complex. We also want to ensure that this environment is valued by employees, who have access a wide range of services and amenities here, from many F&B and sports facilities to numerous cultural events,”
adds Elwira Kochowska-Król, Commercialisation Director, Hossa Investment Group.
