Reckitt Benckiser has chosen to consolidate its group companies in VIBE, Ghelamco’s latest office development near Rondo Daszyńskiego. The company leased approximately 8,000 sqm of office space, becoming the largest tenant in the building. By expanding in VIBE, Reckitt took the last remaining vacant office space. Reckitt’s priority was to secure the best-connected location in Warsaw for all its employees and to create an optimal environment to meet the needs of various teams. The tenant was advised during the search for location and the leasing process by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
By providing the right space to foster collaboration and innovation while securing optimal conditions for all its teams in a prime location in the Polish capital, Reckitt is once again setting new standards within its sector. Developed by Ghelamco, VIBE was one of the few available office buildings that met Reckitt’s expectations for phased consolidation and the creation of a user-friendly, high-tech work environment. VIBE is a perfect fit for Reckitt, as demonstrated by the tenant’s expansion into the last remaining vacant space in the building,”
comments Paulina Kopińska, Partner, Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
Reckitt’s swift decision to expand in VIBE confirms that our property is highly attractive and provides an excellent business environment. The building offers tenants the highest level of user comfort thanks to smart, green, ESG-compliant solutions in a centrally located and well-connected area. This transaction also sends a positive signal to the market, demonstrating that tenants are upsizing their offices. We are proud of the trust placed in us by reputable companies and brands such as Reckitt and remain proudly committed to continuing our mission of creating innovative and sustainable workplaces in Warsaw,”
says Jarosław Zagórski, Managing Director, Ghelamco Poland.
